About Us


See Change Supported Accommodation is run by a dedicated and passionate nursing support team ready to take on the challenge of looking after people with acquired brain injuries.


See Change was originally founded in February 2015 by Janine Ali (RN) and Jillian Turner (EEN). The business model and plan itself took shape over the space of a year, the pair persevering through many late nights of hard work and dedication.


Janine Ali (RN)


Janine is a Division 1 Registered Nurse who has accumulated over 40 years of experience in healthcare. Janine has worked extensively in both the Geelong area and in Kuala Lumpur. Her experience in providing excellent healthcare service provision in varied settings allows her to create innovative solutions to health care issues. Janine has worked with the Australian and American Red Cross for the past eight years, and has been a Telephone Councillor with Life Line Australia for two years. Janine is also an accomplished athlete who has competed at an international level as recently as this year, and has achieved a silver medal for dragon boat paddling in Kuala Lumpur.


Jillian Turner (EEN)


Jillian Turner is a Division 2 Enrolled Nurse who has had considerable experience in a healthcare setting in the aged care sector. She also holds a Bachelor of Human Services (welfare) and an Advanced Certificate in Youth Work. Jillian has as a result had extensive experience working in the criminal justice system, drug and alcohol rehabilitation cervices as well as in youth supported accommodation services. Jillian is an equestrienne enthusiast who has successfully competed in the past in equestrienne competitions at a state level.
